01 Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of the x888 platform — including the website at x888.ad, the x888 mobile app and all associated services — is governed by these Terms and Conditions. By accessing the platform in any way, whether to browse, register, deposit, bet or play, you agree to be bound by these terms.

These Terms and Conditions should be read alongside the x888 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and x888. Where any conflict exists between these documents, these Terms and Conditions take precedence unless otherwise specified.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. x888 will not be held responsible for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. • One account per person: Creating more than one account is prohibited. Duplicate accounts, including those created with different mobile numbers or personal details, will be closed.
• Account sharing: You must not share your account with any other person. Your x888 account is for your personal use only.
• Accurate information: Providing false or misleading information during registration may result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance held at the time.
• Account security: Use a strong, unique password for your x888 account. Enable any available two-factor authentication options to further protect your account.

x888 may ask you to verify your identity at any point — particularly before processing large withdrawals or if unusual activity is detected on your account. Verification may involve submitting a copy of a valid identity document. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in temporary account restrictions.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on x888 for Pakistan users are processed in PKR. Deposits and withdrawals are available through the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards issued by Pakistan banks, and selected mobile wallets. The full list of available methods is displayed in the cashier section of the platform.

Deposits are credited to your x888 account balance upon confirmation of the transaction from the payment provider. For JazzCash and Easypaisa, this is typically near-instant. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing time.

• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. This may vary by payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed in the cashier. Withdrawals below this amount will not be processed.
• Withdrawal processing: x888 processes withdrawal requests promptly. The time for funds to reach your wallet or bank account depends on the payment method and, in the case of bank transfers, your bank's processing schedule.
• Withdrawal to same method: Where possible, withdrawals are sent to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This is a fraud prevention measure.
• No third-party payments: You may not deposit funds from an account or wallet that belongs to another person. All payments must come from payment methods registered in your own name.

x888 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals from the x888 side. However, your payment provider (JazzCash, Easypaisa, your bank etc.) may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside of x888's control.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

x888 offers welcome bonuses, deposit match promotions, free spins, sports betting bonuses and other promotional offers from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms — including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, time limits and maximum withdrawal amounts from bonus winnings. These specific terms are displayed on the promotion page and must be read before accepting any offer.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal is permitted. The wagering multiplier applies to the bonus amount, the deposit amount or both — as stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus abuse: Using bonuses in a way that x888 determines to be abusive — including placing low-risk bets to fulfil wagering requirements, creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, or systematically exploiting promotional offers — will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account closure.
• One welcome bonus: The welcome bonus is available once per new registered user. It cannot be claimed again on a second account or after it has already been accepted on your existing account.
• Expiry: Bonuses expire within the timeframe stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are removed from your account without notice.
• Real money vs bonus funds: Your account balance may show real PKR funds and bonus funds separately. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until wagering requirements are met. Real PKR funds deposited by you are always withdrawable subject to verification requirements.

x888 reserves the right to cancel, modify or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled, any bonus funds not yet used will be removed. Completed wagering prior to cancellation will be honoured.

06 Sports Betting Rules

The x888 sports betting section covers Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, ODIs, Test matches, Football, Esports and other sports. Bets are accepted subject to the following rules:

• Bet acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by x888. A bet is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation message and the stake is deducted from your account balance. Bets not confirmed in this way are not valid.
• Odds changes: Odds displayed are correct at the time of viewing but may change before your bet is placed. In-play odds change continuously. The odds at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to your bet.
• Errors in odds: In the event that odds are published due to a system error that is clearly incorrect, x888 reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds and refund the stake to your account.
• Void bets: Bets may be voided in circumstances including match abandonment, event cancellation or where the relevant governing body alters the official result. Voided bets are refunded as the original stake.
• Maximum payout: A maximum payout per bet or per day may apply. Where a winning bet exceeds this limit, the maximum payout amount will be paid. The current limits are displayed in the betting section of the platform.
• In-play betting: In-play bets are subject to additional rules and may be suspended during play at x888's discretion. Live odds are updated in real time and a bet submitted during a suspension period will not be accepted.

Results for Cricket and PSL matches are determined by the official result declared by the relevant cricket board. For Football, the result at the end of 90 minutes of regular play is used unless otherwise stated in the market description. Esports results follow the official tournament organisers' declarations.

07 Casino and Games

x888 offers a casino section that includes slot games, table games, live casino and fish games. The following rules apply to the casino section of the platform:

• Random outcomes: All slot games and table games use certified random number generation. Outcomes cannot be predicted or influenced. Previous results do not affect future results.
• Live casino: Live dealer games are streamed in real time. Technical issues such as disconnections during a live game will be handled in accordance with x888's disconnection policy — partially completed rounds are generally resolved using the last confirmed game state.
• Game availability: The availability of specific games may vary. x888 may add, modify or remove games from the casino library at any time without prior notice.

08 Responsible Gaming

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on x888. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and permanent closure of your account:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to create an account to circumvent restrictions on your own account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to place bets, play casino games or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other users in multiplayer games or betting situations to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit errors, glitches or vulnerabilities in the platform software.
• Using stolen, borrowed or fraudulently obtained payment methods to deposit funds.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal activity — x888 takes its anti-money laundering obligations seriously and reports suspicious activity where required.
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification.
• Attempting to transfer your account balance to another user's account outside of normal platform functionality.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

x888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any user account at its discretion. Reasons that may lead to account action include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or collusion.
• A self-exclusion request made by the account holder.
• Inactivity — accounts that have had no login or transaction activity for an extended period may be marked inactive. x888 will notify you before any dormancy policy affects your balance.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance held in the account at the time of closure — including both real PKR funds and bonus funds — may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. Where an account is closed by x888 for reasons other than a breach by the user, any real PKR balance will be returned via the user's registered payment method after verification.

You may close your own x888 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your last used payment method following completion of any pending withdrawal requirements.

11 Limitation of Liability

x888 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain platform stability and uptime, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or events outside our control may affect availability.

• x888 is not liable for any loss of winnings, profits or data arising from platform downtime, technical faults or disconnections outside of our control.
• x888 is not responsible for the performance of third-party payment providers. Delays or errors caused by JazzCash, Easypaisa, banks or other external services are outside of x888's control.
• x888 is not liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from your use of the platform, including losses resulting from your own betting or gaming decisions.
• In any event, x888's total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the real PKR balance held in your account at the time the claim arises.

Nothing in these terms limits x888's liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. These limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

12 Privacy and Data

x888 collects and processes personal data in connection with your use of the platform. This includes information provided during registration, transaction data, betting and gaming activity, and device and connection information collected automatically during your sessions.

Your data is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, detect fraud and communicate with you about your account and promotions. x888 does not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
